Lawrence Dallaglio and his father, Vincenzo had been scouring Italy to find someone who could help them make a top-class range of their favourite family Italian recipes and pasta sauces. This quest along the length and breadth of the country finally brought them back to their home ground, Piemonte.

Diavola translates as 'little devil' in Italian and this sauce certainly is! Fiery red chillies and plenty of pounded garlic combine with vine ripened tomatoes to create an Italian classic that is big on flavour, devilishly moreish and certainly not for the faint hearted.
Tricolore is an intriguing blend of classic Italian flavours. The softest, creamy Mozzarella, naturally sweet vine ripened tomatoes and fragrant basil leaves come together in true Italian fashion to deliver a delicious sauce which partners pasta perfectly.
This Barbera Bolognese is a rich and sophisticated twist on the classic Italian favourite, cooked from a traditional soffritto base. Onions, carrots and celery mingle with tomatoes and herbs, all infused with a generous glug of local Barbera red wine. And the result is the perfect sauce to make the Best Bolognese in Britain!
